Heartfelt Creations both sells handmade historical items and teaches these skills to others. Cindie and Bob have been teaching pioneer skills for many years. They have demonstrated living history in Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Massachusetts, New York and Ohio. They teach these skills to children, adults, groups and one-on-one. Some of the groups they have taught include; grade schools and universities, scouts, 4H, museums, home-school, re-enactors, festivals and any other interested parties. They also have hosted their own summer day camp. Cindie also demonstrates and makes custom felt hats, both contemporary and historical.
Bob and Cindie are very passionate about keeping history alive and passing on the skills and trades used by our ancestors.
They teach these skills as classes, day and weekend workshops. The hands on classes that they offer are good for both children and adults. However, some classes do require a minimum age.
They try to accommodate everyone's schedules and needs. Please email for more detailed information about custom hats, the summer day camp and registration, classes listed or about interests in a class not listed.
Thank you to all of the schools, organizations and people who have helped us in our journeys.
